Lower Mill Estate provides you with the ultimate in spa breaks. Included in the cost of your stay is complimentary use of the Lower Mill Estate Leisure and Wellness Club (excluding treatments), one of the countries leading health spas.
Please note that the Leisure and Wellness Centre offers family-friendly heated indoor and outdoor pools, as well as an outdoor eco-pool.
You will need to book online 24 hours before your required day. Bookings are for a maximum of 1 hour per day, with an additional 15 minutes allowed for changing after your swim. Please note that bookings are for either the indoor or outdoor pool, not both. Outdoor pool access is seasonal and subject to opening times.
Chill out in the library/relaxation room and pamper yourself with a choice of over sixty different treatments for both men and women.
For those looking to build or maintain their stamina, Lower Mill Estate Leisure and Wellness Club offers a deluxe fitness center with Techno-Gym equipment.
The booking system is in place in line with health and safety requirements.
The indoor pool is peaceful, flooded with natural light during the day and candlelit at night.
They say a change is as good as a rest well the current economic turmoil certainly isn’t restful – so perhaps a change in your surroundings and de-stressing with relaxing and therapeutic spa treatments is what is in order to rejuvenate your body.
In addition to the Leisure and Wellness Centre, the Mill Village pool is also available for your use and is an easy walk from all properties.
The Mill Village pool is open from 8:00am until dusk all year round and is heated to a comfortable 30°C, even during the cooler months. Shower facilities are available on-site and there is no need to book ahead; you can simply turn up.
Please note that the Mill Village pool is unsupervised. Swimmers use it at their own risk.
